9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Alicia Titus Memorial Run for Peace – Urbana, OH

The annual Alicia Titus Memorial Run for Peace will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2016. The 5-K run and 1-mile walk will begin at 9:00am at the Urbana University Student Center.
Participants will proceed through Monument Square and Freedom Grove before the run/walk ends at the student center. After the run/walk, participants may stay and enjoy post-race refreshments, live music, and activities for children, including face-painting, door prizes, and raffles.
The registration fee is $25.00 for the run or $15.00 for the walk. To register online, please click here.
Registration on the day of the race costs $35.00. Proceeds from the run go to the Alicia Titus Memorial Peace Fund and Scholarship Fund at Urbana University.
Alicia Titus, 28, was a flight attendant on United Airlines Flight 175, the second plane terrorists crashed into the World Trade Center. The Alicia Titus Memorial Peace Fund and Scholarship Fund support peace initiatives and a scholarship in her name at Urbana University, a school her family has many ties to.
