9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Absecon 9-11 Memorial Committee needs City-wide Yard Sale leftovers to benefit memorial

The Absecon 9/11 Memorial Committee is looking for merchandise that didn’t sell during the town’s City-Wide Yard Sale. A dealer has agreed to buy these leftovers from the committee to benefit the building of the Absecon September 11th Memorial.
Items needed are: clothing, shoes, belts, hats, scarves, handbags, gloves, neckties, bed linens and blankets, pillows, comforters, kitchen and bathroom linens, curtains, baby items and toys. Bring these items to Terry Iaconelli at 1010 Morton Avenue in Absecon on Saturday, June 7, 2014 from 3:00pm-6:00pm and on Sunday, June 8, 2014 from noon to 3:00pm.
