9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. On Sunday, September 11, 2016 at 8:00am, a Remembrance Gathering will take place at the Recreation Center’s parking lot.
Long Beach veterans, those who lost loved ones, recovery workers and clergy will take a moment to remember the people killed in the terrorist attacks of 9/11.
