9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony – Vienna, VA

The Town of Vienna invites you to pause and remember this September 11. American Legion Post 180 will host a remembrance service beginning at 9:00am on Sunday, September 11, 2016 a to honor those affected by the 2001 terrorist attacks.
The ceremony will begin with the ringing of church bells at 8:46am to commemorate the moment the first plane struck the north tower of the World Trade Center.
The ceremony will include the presentation of colors by the Vienna Police Department color guard and a performance by the Vienna Choral Society.
