9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony – East Williston, NY

The Village of East Williston invites the public to gather on the village green for a candlelight remembrance ceremony on Monday, September 11, 2017 at 7:00pm to remember all those murdered in the terrorist attacks of 9/11, including the three residents of the village who were killed that day.
The ceremony will feature the reading of the names of the eight East Williston and Williston Park residents killed in the terrorist attacks, prayers, a wreath laying and a song.
