9/11 Parents & Families of Firefighters & WTC Victims press conference

9/11 Parents & Families of Firefighters & WTC Victims and the American Freedom Defense Initiative (AFDI) will hold a joint press conference and memorial service near the World Trade Center site on September 11, 2013, the twelfth anniversary of the terrorist attacks. September 11th family members Sally Regenhard and Rosaleen Tallon will speak.
The event will begin on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at 1:00pm at Church and Cedar Streets in the southwest corner of Zucotti Park.
The press conference will request that the respectful interment of unidentified human remains from the attack be aboveground– not inside the underground Museum, as currently planned. Also addressed will be the absence of American flags on the World Trade Center site, and the Museum’s plan prominently to display terrorists’ photos and quotes, while photos of the victims will be as much as twelve feet above the floor and clustered together on one wall.
