9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. 9/11 Commemoration Service – New Rochelle
September 11, 2015 @ 8:00 pm - 9:30 pm
A commemorative service & candlelight vigil will be held on Friday, September 11, 2015 at 8:00pm, at the American Legion Post 8 Hall in New Rochelle. The doors will open at 7:30pm.
Come to remember those who perished on or because of September 11, 2001. The evening will include an interfaith prayer service, music, and remarks from those who lost loved ones because of 9/11.
This service is open to the public and is hosted by the United Veterans Memorial & Patriotic Association of New Rochelle.
Free parking will be available at the Mormon Church lot across the street from the American Legion Hall.
