9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony – Alexandria, VA

Alexandria, Virginia public safety agencies will hold a remembrance ceremony marking the anniversary of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 on Wednesday, September 11, 2019, at 10:00am in front of Alexandria City Hall.
Please come to honor those who were killed and pay tribute to those who responded without fear, acted without hesitation, and gave their lives to save others.
The event will feature remarks from representatives from the Alexandria Police Department, Fire Department and Sheriff’s Office, and will include the “Return to Quarters” bell-ringing ceremony.
