9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. 7/7 bombing ninth anniversary ceremony

The ninth anniversary ceremony of the 4 bombings of tube trains and a bus in central London will be held on Monday 7 July 2014, at 12:00pm (GMT) at the 7th July Memorial in London’s Hyde Park.

12:05 Welcome by Jo Dover from the Tim Parry Johnathan Ball Foundation for Peace, who will call for a minute’s silence

Followed by playing of Song of Doves

12:10 Speakers

Susan Verghese, survivor from the Kings Cross/Russell Square train

Jacqui Putnam, survivor from the Edgware Road train

Sudhesh Dahad, survivor from the Kings Cross/Russell Square train

12:30 Rock Choir will sing Time After Time

12:35 Speakers

Jeff Porter, driver of the second train caught in the explosion at Edgware Road

Mick Ellis, Incident Commander at Tavistock Square and current Deputy Assistant Commissioner for London Fire Brigade

12:45 Reading of names by Tim Coulson, known as the ‘Angel of Edgware Road’

13:00 Thanks – closing words and invitation to lay flowers by Jo Dover

13:05 Rock Choir sings during laying of flowers Something Inside So Strong, True Colours and Proud

250 single flowers will be laid.
