9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Ceremony honoring the 1993 bombing victims

The 9/11 Memorial will be open to the public on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 the twentieth anniversary of the first terrorist attack on the World Trade Center.
A brief ceremony will be held on the Memorial Plaza at noon on the anniversary. There will be a moment of silence at 12:18pm, the time of the bomb, to honor the lives of the 1993 bombing victims – John DiGiovanni, Robert Kirkpatrick, Stephen A. Knapp, William Macko, Wilfredo Mercado, Monica Rodriguez Smith and her unborn child, who would have been named Eddie.
