9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Moment of Reflection and Wreath-laying Ceremony – Smithtown, NY

Residents of Smithtown, NY are welcome to attend a moment of reflection and wreath-laying ceremony at the September 11th Memorial Park on Tuesday September 11, 2018 at 4:15pm.

There will be an interfaith prayer and a moment of reflection for all who were killed in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. After the moment of silence, 53 roses will be laid upon the plaques, where the names of the 53 Smithtown residents killed are written.

Two olive wreaths will be laid at the site.
