9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Summer reopening of NYPD Museum

In partnership with the Trust for Governors Island, the New York City Police Museum will open a public exhibit on historic Governors Island, with special exhibits to include Links to the Past, Women in Policing, Transportation and 9/11: A Uniform Response.
The Museum has been closed since Hurricane Sandy flooded its premises in 2012.
The New York City Police Museum/Governors Island is located at Pershing Hall – building 125, a short walk from the Manhattan ferry landing. The Museum will be open daily from 10:00am until 5:00pm through October 1, 2017. Admission is by suggested donation.
