Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. The 14th annual ACCP Community Asthma and COPD Coalitions Symposium will take place on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 and Thursday, October 25, 2012 in Georgia.
Download the registration form to register. Return the completed form and payment by October 3. The registration fee includes lunch on Wednesday.
Review successful asthma and COPD education programs, focusing on successful local and state and coalition partnerships, and take advantage of networking time and roundtable discussions among coalition representatives. Joint sessions and separate tracks for asthma and COPD will allow you to learn from the larger group and participate in intensive discussions regarding specific diseases. The symposium will have the participation of both the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the US Environmental Protection Agency.
