9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Memorial Ceremony, Monmouth County, NJ

On Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at 8:00am, the Monmouth County Park System will host a Memorial Ceremony at Mount Mitchill Scenic Overlook in Atlantic Highlands, the site of Monmouth County’s 9/11 Memorial. The ceremony will be held rain or shine and all are welcome to attend.
147 Monmouth County residents were murdered in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.

Mount Mitchill Scenic Overlook will have extended hours in honor of the anniversary on Tuesday-Thursday, September 10-12, 2013, from 8:00am to 11:00pm, to provide additional opportunities to visit the 9/11 Memorial.
