Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. USS Arlington Fundraiser

The USS Arlington Commissioning Committee will host a fundraiser for the future USS Arlington at the Army Navy Country Club on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at 5:30pm.
A contribution of at least $250.00 will admit two people.The committee has joined with Navy League of Hampton Roads to raise $500,000 for the USS Arlington, which is slated to be commissioned in April 2013 in Norfolk, Virginia.
The funds raised at the dinner will create the commissioning ceremony, assist the ship’s crew and build the special tribute room aboard the ship that will honour those victims of the September 11th terrorist attacks killed on Flight 77 and in the Pentagon.
