9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Informational Hurricane Sandy meeting, Lindenhurst, LI

Representatives from FEMA, building inspector Tom Maher, representatives from the Small Business Administration, Mayor Tom Brennan and Village Clerk-Treasurer Shawn Cullinane will all attend a meeting for those impacted by Hurricane Sandy that will take place at Lindenhurst Middle School on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at 8:00pm.
Residents are encouraged to come to the meeting, whether or not they are registered with FEMA. In addition to registering storm victims, FEMA reps will answer specific questions and offer advice on next steps.
