9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Inaugural Meeting of NYC Bagpipes Bagpipe Club

NYC Bagpipes Bagpipe Club’s first meeting will be held at 7:00pm on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at Bantry Bay in Long Island City, Queens.
The event is free and open to all.
Those who play the bagpipes are encouraged to perform and watch others perform. Non-bagpipers are also welcome to watch and enjoy.
The club is based upon the Scottish Pipers Association’s bagpipe club in Glasgow which hosted informal get-togethers and performances for bagpipers of all levels.
The goal of the club is to form a bagpipe-based social club in the NYC metro area for learning and enjoying the instrument, and to build the bagpiping community in New York City.
