9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Funeral for retired FDNY Battalion Chief John T. Carroll

Retired FDNY Battalion Chief John T. Carroll has died at the age of 92. He served the FDNY for 30 years, some of it at Ladder 114. Before his FDNY career, he was both and NYPD officer and served in the United States Navy.
His funeral will take place on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 10:00am at Holy Child Church on Staten Island. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of John may be sent to the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
