9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. 9/11 Memorial Blood Drive – Dover, DE

Dover International Speedway and Dover Downs Hotel & Casino will pay tribute to the victims of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks with their 16th annual 9/11 Memorial Blood Drive on Friday, September 10, 2021 from 9:00am until 3:00pm.
The blood drive will take place in the Diamond Rooms on the fourth floor of Dover Downs Hotel & Casino. Donors should use the hotel entrance, follow signage to the atrium, then take the elevator to the fourth floor, where the Diamond Rooms are located to the left.
Parking will be available in hotel and casino lots.
In appreciation to those who donate, regular drawings will take place to award tickets for next year’s NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Dover International Speedway.
