9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Virtual Panel Discussion — “Two Decades On: The 20th Anniversary of 9/11”

On Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 8:00am (Eastern time), the Aspen Security Forum will hold a virtual public discussion reflecting on 20 years of United States’ foreign policy since the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. Topics will include the war on terror, the decision to leave Afghanistan, and recommendations for the future.
Panelists will include Ryan Crocker, former Ambassador to Afghanistan; Jane Lute, former Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security; Anne Patterson, former Assistant Secretary of State; Lawrence Wright, author of The Leaning Towers and other books; and Executive Director of the 9/11 Commission, Philip Zelikow. Other panelists will be announced.
