9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Cell Phone Light Tribute – New Jersey shore – Monmouth County, NJ

On the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks, officials in Monmouth County, NJ ask residents to light up the shoreline using their cell phones.
People are asked to gather on the shoreline and turn on their lights at 8:46pm on Saturday, September 11, 2021, in honor of the heroes of September 11, 2001.
One hundred and forty-seven people from Monmouth County were killed in the attacks.
