9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Stephy’s Place Mourning Walk – Long Branch, NJ
September 12, 2021 @ 6:00 am - 9:00 am
The annual Stephy’s Place Mourning Walk will be held on Sunday, September 12, 2021. Registration begins at 6:00am. At 6:45am there will be a 5-minute meditation and the walk begins at 7:00am. There will be a “say their name” loved one recognition at each mile mark.
The walk ends at 8:00am-8:30am with a butterfly release. Walkers will receive a “to go” bagged breakfast after the walk.

Stephy’s Place’s peer-support groups are loss-specific. Groups are available for loss of a spouse, child, parent, sibling, as well as for addiction, suicide and divorce. Everyone affiliated with Stephy’s Place has experienced loss and has the compassionate desire to help others on their journey through grief and mourning. Groups are online due to Covid-19. Stephy’s Place will reopen when circumstances allow.
All services at Stephy’s Place are offered free of charge.
