9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Funeral for active-duty FDNY FF Carmine Joseph Barresi

Active-duty FDNY Firefighter Carmine Barresi, 35, was killed last week in a snowmobiling accident upstate.
His Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Francis Xavier Church in the Bronx at 11:00am on Thursday, March 4, 2021. Please understand that seats at the funeral Mass cannot be guaranteed, and you should be prepared to observe from a distance.
Interment will follow in Kensico Cemetery in Valhalla, NY
The FDNY has set up a scholarship fund for Carmine’s children. Donations can be made here.
