9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Detective Bruce Reynolds’ Memorial Halloween Party

A Spooktacular Halloween Party will be held at Bruce’s Garden in Inwood, NY on Halloween, Saturday, October 31, 2020 from 9:00am until 1:00pm. Please meet outside the gates of Isham Park. Wear your mask and your costume and maintain social distancing.
The free event will have candy, crafts, and a spooky backdrop for photos. All are welcome.
Bruce’s Garden honors PAPD Detective Bruce Reynolds who was killed while responding to the terrorist attack at the World Trade Center. Detective Reynolds loved his neighbourhood of Inwood and worked to help its residents.
