9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. 9/11 Day of Service Meal Packaging Event – Hutchinson, KS

Buhler Mennonite Church needs 150 volunteers at the Sand Hills Event Center in Hutchinson, Kansas on Saturday, October 17, 2020 in two shifts, between 9:00am and 2:00pm, to package 50,000 meals.
This is part of a nationwide 1,000,000 meal challenge in honor of the 19th anniversary of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
Meals will be donated to domestic food banks, with 5,000 meals donated within Reno County, Kansas.
Social distancing will be practiced; and masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer will be provided.
