9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Blue Mass – Staten Island, NY

At 6:00pm on Thursday, October 17, 2019, Our Lady Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church in the Huguenot neighborhood of Staten Island will hold its annual Blue Mass honoring the police officers who keep Staten Island safe. Officers killed in the line of duty will also be honored during the Mass.
A special blessing for all Staten Island law enforcement officers will be held during the Mass. Officers can also have their St. Michael medals blessed during the service.
Dinner will follow the Blue Mass.
