Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. “Responding to Suicide Bombing”

On Monday, September 17, 2012, from 1:30pm-3:30pm, the Christian Regenhard Center for Emergency Response Studies (RaCERS) will host a talk on “Responding to Suicide Bombing” presented by Donell Harvin of the New York City Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
Harvin will discuss issues involved in responding to suicide bombings. He’ll discuss lessons learned from previous suicide bombings worldwide.
