9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. FF Dennis P. McHugh Run for Fun and Family Fair
June 1, 2019 @ 9:30 am - 3:00 pm
The 15th annual FF Dennis P. McHugh Run for Fun and Family Fair will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Fly Wheel Park in Piermont, NY.
The day will begin at 9:30am with the 5-K run/walk, followed by the pee-wee race at 10:30am. The family fair runs from 11:00am until 3:00pm, with food, drinks, games, rides, music, and more.
To participate costs $20.00 in advance or $30.00 on the day. The fee includes the run, lunch and a t-shirt (while supplies last). The Pee-Wee Run (for children under 10) is free. To register, please click here.
The 5-K Run/Walk and Family Fair is a fundraiser for the Dennis P. McHugh Foundation. The foundation honors FDNY FF Dennis McHugh who was killed while responding to the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. To learn more about Dennis and about the work of the foundation, please click here.
