9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Wake for Sergeant Robert A. Hendriks, U.S. Marine Corps

Sergeant Robert A. Hendriks of the U.S. Marine Corps reserve was killed with two fellow Marines in Afghanistan on April 8, 2019. He was 25. His father is an NYPD officer who worked at the WTC recovery efforts after the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
A motorcade bearing his remains from Dover Air Force Base in Delaware is expected to arrive on Long Island shortly after 1:00pm on Friday, April 19, 2019.
A memorial visitation for Sgt. Hendricks will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 from 1:00pm until 3:00pm and from 6:00pm until 9:00pm at the Whitting Funeral Home in Glen Head, NY.
He will be buried at a graveside ceremony at 11:15am on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at Calverton National Cemetery.
