9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. There will be a plaque dedication ceremony for NYPD Sergeant Donald “Scotty” Conniff at the 9th Precinct on Friday, April 12, 2019 at 12:00pm.
Sergeant Conniff died at age 50 in 2015, of traumatic brain injuries caused in 1998, when he was struck by a drunk driver on his way to work.
