9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. NYPD Sgt. Paul Tuozzolo Kettlebells for K-9 Rudi

Join Blue Lives Matter K-9 and Crossfit Bell for a friendly workout to honor NYPD Sgt. Paul Tuozzolo and benefit Binghamton Police K-9 Rudi. Details can be found here.
Tickets cost $10.00 each and are available here. Proceeds raised will help offset Rudi’s medical bills as he has been diagnosed with Scott syndrome.
Participants of all ages are welcome. A children’s workout will be available.
Two adult workouts will be held at 10:00am and noon. Two children’s workouts will be held at the same time. The adult “Tuozzolo” workout will consist of a 20-minute AMRAP in teams of two or solo; 11 kettlebell swings 70# / 35#; 4 strict pullups (Rx+ = muscle-ups); and 16 box jumps 24″ / 20″.
Participants can also meet some of the NYPD’s finest dogs at 11:00am and see a demonstration of how they work; and hear from Lisa Tuozzolo, the wife of Sgt. Paul Tuozzolo.

NYPD Sergeant Paul Tuozzolo was shot and killed in the line of duty on November 4, 2016, after he and another officer located a suspect who had just held his estranged wife and her family hostage for several hours.
Sergeant Tuozzolo had served with the New York City Police Department for 19 years and was assigned to the 43 Precinct. He is survived by his wife and two young sons.
