9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Health & Human Rights Awards Dinner honoring Liz and Steve Alderman

The Health and Human Rights Awards Dinner, celebrating the merger of the Peter C. Alderman Foundation and HealthRight International, will be held at the Rosenthal Pavilion at NYU Kimmel Center on Tuesday, October 30, 2018. Cocktail hour begins at 6:00pm with dinner and awards to follow at 7:00pm.
Honorees this year are Liz and Steve Alderman, the founders of the Peter C. Alderman Foundation.

Peter C. Alderman, 25, worked for Bloomberg to support his love of travel. He was attending a meeting atop the World Trade Center’s north tower on September 11, 2001 when terrorists attacked, killing him. The foundation in his name assists survivors of terrorism and mass violence by training indigenous health workers and establishing trauma treatment systems in post-conflict countries around the world.
