START, the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism and Insight Exchange Network will host a conference entitled, Domestic Terrorism & Mass Casualty Incidents – Best Practices in Preparing and Responding on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 and Thursday, November 16, 2017 at the Georgetown University Hotel & Conference Center in Washington, DC.
