9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Robert Curatolo Bowl-A-Thon

The annual Robert Curatolo Bowl-A-Thon will take place from 11:30am until 3:00pm on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at Showplace Entertainment Center in Staten Island.
The price to play is $65.00 per adult and $40.00 per child aged 17 and under. The price includes bowling, food, soda, beer and wine. Proceeds benefit the Robert Curatolo Scholarship Fund, which is awarded annually to a Staten Island high school senior who participates in baseball or softball and who has a parent or guardian who is an active or retired city police officer, firefighter or NY/NJ Port Authority police officer. Candidates must be good academic students and of good character.

Robert Curatolo was a lifelong Staten Islander and New York City firefighter assigned to Manhattan’s Ladder 16. He was one of the 343 firefighters killed while responding to the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. He was 31 and newly married. He had been a baseball and basketball player at school, and coached for many years.
