9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Flight 93 Speaker Series – Ken Nacke and Ed Root

The first day of the Flight 93 Speaker Series will be Saturday, May 27, 2017, when Ken Nacke and Ed Root will speak at 1:00pm and again at 3:00pm in the Learning Center of the Flight 93 National Memorial.
Ken’s brother, Louis J. “Joey” Nacke, was a passenger on Flight 93 during the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. Ed’s cousin, Lorraine Bay, was a United Airlines flight attendant aboard Flight 93 during the attack.
Nacke and Root will also speak at 1:00pm on Sunday, May 28, 2017, also in the Learning Center.
The Flight 93 Speaker Series is open to all and is free of charge. There will be other speaking events in the series, scheduled on weekends throughout the summer. Please check our events section.
