9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. The annual Fred Gabler Helping Hand Camp Fund’s theatre fundraiser will be an evening at the new musical, Come from Away on Wednesday, June 7, 2017, 8:00pm.
Tickets cost $200.00 and can be purchased here. Seats are in the front mezzanine and orchestra. Seats will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Please note that tickets will not be mailed.

Come from Away is the breathtaking new musical that played record-breaking engagements in La Jolla, Seattle, and Washington D.C. In a heartbeat, 38 planes with 6,579 passengers were stranded in a remote town in Newfoundland due to US airspace closures after the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. The locals opened their hearts and homes, and hosted this international community of strangers—spurring unexpected camaraderie in extraordinary circumstances.
Fred Gabler was 30 years old and a partner and equities trader at Cantor Fitzgerald when he was killed in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. He was a father of a new baby. He had always loved camp, so the foundation that honors him sends underserved children to camp.
