9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. OTTS Garage Teen Center Fish Fry — Merrill, WI

The OTTS Garage Teen Center in Merrill, Wisconsin is celebrating 10 years of operation with a fish fry on Friday, March 31, 2017 from 4:30pm-6:30pm at the Center.
Dinner will cost $5.00 for two pieces of cod and sides. Water and coffee will be available for free and soda will be available for an additional charge.
OTTS Garage was founded by Ken and Jane Oswald, who hoped to build a faith-based teen center to honor their son Jason. Jason Oswald was killed by terrorists while working in the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. OTTS stands for “Only Trusting The Savior.”
The center provides a retreat from some of the pressures of teenage life, while encouraging students to grow.
