9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Mike Andrews Memorial Open

This year’s Mike Andrews Memorial Open will be held in a new state – the outing will be held at the Hempstead Golf & Country Club on Thursday, October 20, 2016, with registration beginning at 11:00am. The shotgun start will be at noon.
The schedule for the day is as follows — Registration 11:00am; Shotgun start 12:00pm; Cocktail hour 5:00pm; Dinner 6:00pm; Award Ceremony: 7:00pm.

The fee to golf is $400.00 per player. To attend only the dinner costs $100.00. To register, please visit Mike’s website. All funds raised will benefit the Michael R. Andrews ’89 Scholarship, which provides financial assistance for deserving Fairfield University (Mike’s alma mater) students so they can enjoy everything the school has to offer — as Mike did.
Michael Rourke Andrews, 34, was one of seven siblings. A success at Cantor Fitzgerald, and one of the owners of a popular NYC bar, he was planning to propose to his longtime girlfriend when he was killed by terrorists on September 11, 2001.
