9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Angels’ Circle Memorial Service – Staten Island, NY

The annual Angels’ Circle Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 7:00pm. The event will include speeches by a survivor of the attacks; a 27-year veteran of the U.S. military, and a representative of FDNY Rescue 5, which lost 11 firefighters in the terrorist attacks.
