9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. There will be a screening of the film My Italian Secret – The Forgotten Heroes on Sunday, September 11, 2016 from 2:15pm to 4:30pm at Congregation Beth Israel in Hempstead, NY.
My Italian Secret – The Forgotten Heroes is a film about Italians who rescued 40,000 Jews and refugees from the Nazis during WWII. The producer of the film will answer questions after the screening.
There is an optional $5.00 donation to attend. Refreshments will be served.
