9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. World Trade Center survivor Will Jimeno to speak – Dickson, TN

As part of Summer Expo, World Trade Center survivor, Will Jimeno, who was one of the last people pulled from the rubble of the World Trade Center after the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, will tell his story of faith and hope on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at 5:30pm at Dickson First Baptist Church in Dickson, TN.

Jimeno was a Port Authority Police officer that day and responded to the attacks. With fellow PAPD officer, John McLoughlin, he was one of those buried when the towers collapsed. His 13-hour ordeal was fictionalized in the film World Trade Center.

The admission price for the event will be $5.00 per person or $20.00 per family. The price includes dinner from Whitt’s Barbecue. Local police officers, firefighters, EMS workers and their immediate families will be admitted free with ID/badge.

The Summer Expo will take place from 1-7 pm Saturday at the Church.
