9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. September 11th Memorial Service – Hempstead, NY

The Town of Hempstead will again host Long Island’s largest memorial ceremony at 7:30am on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at Point Lookout Beach.
Everyone is invited to the 9/11 ecumenical service of remembrance. Limited seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Town Park Point Lookout is located on Lido Blvd. at the end of Loop Parkway.
