9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. The funeral for Sergeant Michael J. Smith will be held on Thursday, July 14, 2016 at 12:00pm at The Watermark Church in Dallas.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at Mary Immaculate Catholic Church in Farmers Branch, TX.
Sergeant Smith was killed in the line of duty on July 7, 2016. He was 56 with 28 years of police service.
Funeral arrangements for Officer Michael Krol and Officer Patricio Zamparripa are pending.
