9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. 1993 Bombing Victims’ Memorial Ceremony

On Friday, February 26, 2016 the annual memorial ceremony for the six victims murdered in the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center will begin with the arrival of the families at 11:30am. Family members of the victims, survivors of the attack, those who responded to the bombing and made the investigation, and their supporters are invited to attend.
At 12:05pm, everyone will move to panel N-73 of the Memorial, to stand near to the names of the six 1993 victims.
At 12:12pm, PAPD, FDNY and NYPD Pipes and Drums will parade along the west side of the North Pool.
At the moment the bomb went off, 12:18pm, a moment of silence will take place, followed by Amazing Grace, the reading of the names, speeches and the laying of flowers on the name panel.
