9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Det. John L. Conneally, Sr, NYPD (ret.) died on October 26, 2015. He had a 25-year career in the NYPD, working with the 44th Precinct and the Intelligence Division, Dignitary Protection. He was assigned to the FBI Terrorist Task Force in 1993 after the first terrorist attack on the World Trade Center..
His funeral Mass will take place on Friday, October 30, 2015 at 9:45am at Our Lady of Peace in Lynbrook.
