Captain James Corrigan Memorial Foundation Oktoberfest

October 24, 2015 @ 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm

On Saturday, October 24, 2015, from 5:30pm to 9:30pm, the Captain James Corrigan Memorial Foundation will host their annual Oktoberfest fundraiser. This year, the event will be held at a new location – the Plattsduetsche Park Biergarten in Franklin Square.

An entry fee of $40.00 at the door includes food and beer, live music and raffles. Funds raised all go towards helping children with life-threatening illnesses in the name of James Corrigan.

On September 11, 2001, Jim, a recently retired FDNY captain, was working as Director of Fire and Life Services for the World Trade Center complex. He was instrumental in saving the children in the Trade Center day care center in building 5 during the terrorist attacks. Jim did not survive the attacks. He was 60.

To learn more about the event, please visit their Facebook page or call Brendan at 917-572-9955 or Sean at 516-225-5208.
