Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Pancreatic Cancer Symposium

$15.00The Pancreatic Cancer Symposium will be held on September 22, 2012 from 9:00am to 4:45pm at the Park Central Hotel in New York City. The Symposium is an educational event for patients, survivors, caregivers, families, friends and healthcare professionals.
Learn about pancreatic cancer, treatment options, diet and nutrition, genetics and more. Lunch and refreshments will be provided. A coffee station will be available in the morning and afternoon break.
Online and phone registrations close on September 17, 2012. Register by this date to ensure your space.
- Pancreatic cancer patients and survivors may register and attend at no cost.
- All others may attend for a $15.00 registration fee if registration is submitted by September 17, 2012. No refunds are available for registrations that are cancelled after September 17, 2012.*
- Those who have not registered by the September 17, 2012 deadline may attend the Symposium for a $20.00 fee.*
