9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. 9/11 Memorial 5-K, Brighton, MI

$25.00The Brighton, Michigan Fire Department will host a 9/11 Memorial 5-K to raise funds for the Brighton September 11th Memorial. Runners, walkers and virtual runners may participate.
Check-in opens at 8:00am; the runners’ start time is 9:00am. Walkers’ start time is 9:05am.
The Run/Walk starts at the Mill Pond on Main Street, and finishes at the 9/11 Memorial at the Brighton Fire Station on Grand River Avenue, where, after the Run/Walk, a celebration will be held.
The fee to participate is $25.00 registration after $15.00 instant savings. The fundraising goal is to raise the $20,000 still needed to complete the monument by adding the names of the victims of the attacks.
