9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. PO Thomas Gorman Memorial Blood Drive

The PO Thomas Gorman Memorial Blood Drive will take place during the month of December at the Somerset Medical Center in New Jersey.
The drive honors Port Authority Police Officer Thomas Gorman, who was killed in the line of duty during the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. PO Gorman was a regular blood donor who made his final blood donation on September 10, 2001.
Because his birthday was in December, Somerset Medical Center and his mother, Theresa, hold the annual blood drive to honor his memory.
