9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Red Bandanna Run

This year’s Red Bandanna Run will take place on Saturday, October 25, 2014 on the campus of Boston College.
The Red Bandanna Run honors Welles Remy Crowther, who has earned the nickname “the man in the red bandanna”. He was 24 and a broker from Sandler O’Neill & Partners who wore a red bandanna over his mouth as he saved lives during the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 at the World Trade Center. Welles was a graduate of Boston College.
The fee to run is $20.00 for students and $25.00 for non-students. To register for the run, please click here. Please check in or register at Lyons Dining Hall from 7:00am to 8:15am (please note that you will not be able to register or check in after 8:15). Gather at 8:30am for a pre-race welcome from the Crowther family.The race will begin at 9:00am in front of the Gasson Hall eagle. The course is 5 kilometers in length.
